The mission of Compassion Forward is to celebrate and encourage community involvement, promote educational opportunity, and support our Asurion team members during times of need.

Compassion Forward represents what is great about Asurion - our people, coming together to tackle challenges as a team. It encompasses our collective efforts to make a positive impact in the lives of our team members and in the communities in which we work. To achieve this, we have three primary focus areas:

1)  The Compassion Fund  (helping our team members) is our in-house 501c3 organization resourced by Asurion employees, which offers grants to Asurion team members who have a financial need due to a catastrophic or life altering event. 100% of employee donations to the Compassion Fund goes toward assisting an employee.

2)  Volunteerism  (helping our community) harnesses the compassionate spirit of our teams to help proven community partners through a variety of projects focused on children and education, including classroom tutoring, playground builds, school supply drives, and more.

3)  Corporate Giving  (helping our community) directs financial assistance on behalf of Asurion to organizations that make the biggest difference in the communities where we work. Corporate giving investments are fully funded by the Asurion operating budget.
